Yin Yoga to Strengthen Your Inner Roots
A day of mindful movement for anyone interested—no prior experience required
Yin Yoga invites us to go deep and nurture our inner balance.
The gentle stretching poses, held for two to ten minutes, engage the fascia and the nervous system and give the body space to release tension. Holding the asanas for an extended period creates a meditative quality that helps us listen to our inner selves and strengthen our inner roots.
Breathing exercises and guided meditations further help us reconnect with our inner center and strengthen our inner roots. This mini-retreat gives us a mindful break from everyday life—a chance to recharge on a physical, mental, and emotional level. The nervous system finds peace, and through the asanas, the body gains new flexibility and a sense of inner spaciousness.
Yin Yoga is open to everyone, so no prior experience is necessary. This day of shared practice is for anyone who longs for a slower pace, a sense of inner connection, and restorative depth.
What to Bring: Please dress comfortably and warmly, including socks (layered clothing). If you have them, bring a (yoga) mat, a warm blanket, a (meditation) pillow, and a yoga bolster.
Seminar Leader: Claudia Krenn, an adult educator, ÖDS-certified Shiatsu practitioner, and yoga teacher, completed her training in Austria, Thailand, and Indonesia.
