Main Theme: Life in Balance? Resources – Resilience – Sustainability (II)
Maintaining balance—we learn this as children, first when walking, and later, for example,
when riding a bike. However, “balance” also refers to our relationship with nature, to
our resources, and to social conditions, such as our
ideas about sustainability and justice. Factual knowledge and the critical examination
of prevailing values and norms alone do not yet lead to action. However, we must
take action and build “resilience”—in the sense of resilience—in order to further develop our
society and overcome crises. The program of the
Monday Academy 2026/27 continues the central theme of the previous academic year.
