Everyone breathes in their own way, because the breath responds to every thought, feeling, and experience. Thus, the breath very precisely reflects one’s current state of mind: gasping for breath when stressed, holding one’s breath when startled, or taking a deep, full breath when feeling completely at ease.
The amazing thing is that your breathing rhythm can change relatively quickly, which in turn changes and regulates your mood. What’s more, every person literally has the power to stimulate their body in such a way that their breath flows more freely again and they tap into their natural strength!
In this workshop, you’ll experience the effects of breath-oriented bodywork firsthand. It is a simple and practical method for restoring your balance time and again after challenging situations, allowing you to effectively manage your daily life.
How does that work?
Through gentle movements, joyful sounds, and a nuanced awareness of your breath and body, a new sense of self-confidence develops. Your own boundaries become clearer, sensations and emotions become distinct, and your needs can be recognized and nurtured. You practice self-care in the best sense of the word and become self-reliant! Your own sources of strength begin to bubble up with vitality, and a sense of well-being spreads throughout you.
Who is it suitable for?
For people who long for physical and mental well-being. What does it take? An interest in exploring your own physical and mental patterns. An openness to learning about and applying practical tools that work in everyday life.
That’s the goal!
You’ll discover your body in a new way, develop your body awareness, and learn exercises that you can do on your own to find inner peace, strength, and vitality.
