Culture brings people together—across borders.
Under the title “grenzenlos – kultur/a – brez meja,” this cross-border conference invites experts, cultural professionals, educators, and representatives from the fields of tourism, digitalization, business, and regional development in Austria and Slovenia to engage in a joint exchange.
The focus is on the questions of how cultural potential can contribute to sustainable social and economic development and what opportunities cross-border cooperation can open up.
Insights from academia and professional practice, interactive workshops in an open-space format, and ample time for discussion and networking create opportunities for new ideas, collaborations, and perspectives.
A particular focus is placed on actively involving young people up to age 30, whose perspectives and visions for the future make a valuable contribution to shaping a shared cultural space.

Under the title “Boundless – Culture/a – Without Borders,” this cross-border professional conference invites experts, cultural creators, stakeholders in the field of education, and representatives from the tourism, digitalization, the economy, and regional development from Austria and Slovenia to engage in a joint exchange of views.
The focus is on questions such as how cultural potential can contribute to sustainable social and economic development and what opportunities cross-border cooperation opens up.
Inspiration from science and practice, interactive “open space” workshops, and ample time for discussion and networking create a space for new ideas, collaborations, and perspectives.
Particular emphasis is placed on the active involvement of young people up to age 30, whose perspectives and ideas about the future make a significant contribution to the shaping of a shared cultural space.
