For Dr. Doris Lind, everything has always revolved around words: With a Ph.D. in German studies, she has always worked as a communicator; she has been self-employed for over 16 years—she writes nonfiction books about the impact of individual words, works as a copywriting trainer and writing coach, and curates hotel libraries with books.
